• MalComm is proud of having its own warehouse organized to a high standard - free from dust, heated floors and humidity monitoring - all of which allow us to be sure that stored goods, own or belonging to customers are completely safe
• Own 600 m2 of warehouse space + 250 m2 of office space on a plot of 4000 m2 located in Warsaw near the S8 route
• We have our own fleet of vehicles - also trucks with hydraulic lifts
• The entire facility is monitored on a continuous basis by means of a CCTV monitoring system and an alarm system connected to the Alarm Center of one of the leading property protection companies.

Network of Service Technicians

• LICENSE: The field service team is based on its own nearly 30 technicians / engineers and administrative staff.
• EXPERIENCE: The technical team is professionals operating on the basis of a contract of employment
• MOBILITY: We own and lease 30 vehicles (pickups and medium trucks with a capacity of up to 3.5 t).
• FLEXIBILITY: Our team is able to carry out tasks outside of the area of their residence. We are available throughout the country!

MalComm is a distributor of spare parts for self-service devices, we offer complete modules and consumables for self-service devices. We guarantee delivery on time and the best prices.

Quantity and quantitative counters and sorters

MalComm is the only distributor of cash handling equipment from the renowned Batemat company from Spain. In our offer we have a thoroughly tested equipment in the Department of Treasury and Fiscal Department meeting the requirements of the 19/2016 Regulation of the President of the National Bank of Poland. The multi-currency devices handle the Polish zloty and the Euro, the American Dollars and much more. Repair Center

• MalComm has been specializing in the repair of NCR, Diebold, Wincor-Nixdorf device modules as well as entire machines, including self-service cash registers since 2004.
• We have a testing and repairing and storage department for parts from reliable suppliers from Europe, Asia and the USA. We repair subsystems for clients from Europe and the USA
• All devices undergo three-stage quality control before their shipment

About company

Since 2003, MalComm has been building its position as a service provider of equipment - such as ATMs, payers, recyclers and self-service cash registers. We are currently the only official distributor of NCR equipment and services in Poland

Since 2018, we have been the exclusive distributor of counting and sorting devices for coins and banknotes of the Spanish company BATEMAT S.A

We specialize in providing quality service along with logistics - thanks to warehouse and workshop facilities in Warsaw, which is the company's property, we can guarantee comprehensive solutions for projects commissioned by the world's largest companies.

The service team currently has dozens of employees and associates deployed throughout Poland.
